General rules - Breaking these rules can and will get you banned!

Do not defy the moderators expressed wishes!
Do not upload our torrents to other trackers! (See the FAQ for details.)
Only one account per user allowed! If you are cought with 2 or more accounts, they will both be disabled!
Disruptive behaviour in the forums or in our IRC server will result in a warning ( ). You will only get one warning! After that it's bye bye Kansas!

Seed all packs to a 1:1 ratio OR for 120 hours minimum! (5 days)
Seed all other torrents to a 1:1 ratio OR for 48 hours minimum! (2 days)
Do not download/seed from more than 2 IP addresses at once (work and home)
Do not Hit And Run. Anyone caught doing this will be treated as a bad member of our society and will recieve a warning (or in more severe cases he/she will loose his account).
Keep your ratio above 0.8 at all times. Anything below results in a LeechWarning until you bring it back up.
You must seed for at least 1 hour after completion of a torrent or else it will be immediately considered a Hit 'n Run (Regardless of whether you meet seeding requirements or not).
FreeLeech is there for you the users to gain ratio fixes, it doesn't mean you Hit and Run on torrents. No download credit gets recorded only upload credit. Site rules still apply.
Hit 'n Run Clarifications:

A hit and run specifies that you have downloaded at least 20 MB of a torrent or completed the torrent.
That you have not yet seeded the torrent to a full 2 days total seed time.
If you stop a torrent before meeting seeding requirements, you will receive a PM saying that if you do not return to seeding specified torrents within 12 hours, then you risk a hit 'n run and/or warning.
If you are unsure about whether you're in danger of a hit 'n run, you can view your snatched torrents here: [LINK].
If the torrent you're unsure about shows as highlighted in a light reddish color, then there's a possibility you could be warned and you should attain the seeding requirements to avoid it.
After 5 total, unreturned hit 'n runs you will receive a 1 week warning. If it happens again you risk being banned.
Any questions can be brought up in the forums or IRC

No aggressive behaviour or flaming in the forums.
No trashing of other peoples topics (i.e. SPAM).
No language other than English in the forums.
No systematic foul language (and none at all on titles).
No CAPS allowed! Typing a sentence in all capital letters will be considered yelling, and will NOT be tolerated!
No links to warez or crack sites in the forums.
No requesting or posting of serials, CD keys, passwords or cracks in the forums.
No requesting if there has been no 'scene' release in the last 7 days.
No bumping... (All bumped threads will be deleted.)
No images larger than 800x600, and preferably web-optimised.
No double posting. If you wish to post again, and yours is the last post in the thread please use the EDIT function, instead of posting a double.
Please ensure all questions are posted in the correct section!
(Game questions in the Games section, Apps questions in the Apps section, etc.)
Last, please read the FAQ before asking any questions!

No language other than English is allowed.
No comments on the upload speed or the pre-time of the release.
Do not ask for seed! It takes some time for the bigger files to hash-check.
No requesting or posting of serials, CD keys, passwords or cracks.
Make your comment torrent-specific, giving thanks to the Uploader or offer constructive feedback on the file once you have downloaded it.

The allowed formats are .gif, .jpg and .png.
Be considerate. Resize your images to a width of 150 px and a size of no more than 150 KB. (Browsers will rescale them anyway: smaller images will be expanded and will not look good; larger images will just waste bandwidth and CPU cycles.) For now this is just a guideline but it will be automatically enforced in the near future.
Do not use potentially offensive material involving porn, religious material, animal / human cruelty or ideologically charged images. Mods have wide discretion on what is acceptable. If in doubt PM one.
Host your image on a freely accessible site, do NOT host on a site requiring login to view the image.
Do not advertise any other site with your avatar.

No languages other than Enlgish allowed.

No CAPS allowed! Typing a sentence in all capital letters will be considered yelling, and will NOT be tolerated!
No posting of links to any other sites.
No requests! The place for requests is this.
If you need help with something, use the forum instead, or send a private message to a First Line Support member.

If your account has been disabled - this is the only way you can get it back (through IRC). Making a new one will result in an IP ban.
